Ayame was cleaning up the house, something she rarely did. It was obvious that the young girl was preparing for something important just by her fast pace about doing everything. She hummed while she dusted, jumping up to reach the places she was obviously too short to reach.

She tracked down her older brother, humming a tad still. "Nii-san?" she questioned, "You remember that Mine-chan is comming over right?" she questioned in a sing-song voice. She had told him about it earlier, but hadn't known if he remembered. She smiled softly, hoping that he did, hoping that he remembered that he had given her permission to have her best friend over.

The ringing of the doorbell cut off whatever answer he could have given her though. 'too late now...' she thought, "Nii-san, do you mind getting the door?" she questioned him, an innocent, childlike smile on her face, one asking him, as a cute, little sister to do what she asked.

Ayame had a few last minute things that she had to get done, so without waiting for an answer, she smiled at her older brother, and with a soft, "Thanks" she disappeared into a different room.


Mine waited patiently at the door, hoping that she had gotten the right house, she would feel so horrible if she had gotten the wrong adress and she had shown up at the incorrect house after all. She anxiously tugged on her skirt, looking around at her surroundings, a warm breeze blew softly, and she sighed, looking at the door again. "Please be the right house..." she said to herself.

Mine smiled, as the door opened, caught off guard, seeing Akira answer the door, her face flushed at first wondering if she had indeed mixed up the adresses. She let her hand, which was fiddling with the hem of her skirt, instinctively tuck a piece of her dark purple hair behind her ear, and soon it dropped to her side. The blush fadded when he spoke, she nodded, her smile somewhat bigger.

She turned watching him get ready to leave. "Okay, thanks, and I'll be sure to pass on the message." she called after him, waving in a friendly manner, watching him ride off. After watching him get a good way down the street, she entered the house softly closing the door behind her.

She entered the Sonata home, which was at a comforting warm temperature. She looked around, her taking in the decor of the house, the smile on her visage constant. Her eyes searched for her friend, and as she got deeper into the house, she found the younger of the two siblings. She passed on the message and the younger girl just nodded, leading her friend into her bedroom. The door was left open, and the two girl's laughter at whatever it is teenage girls laugh about, filled the house.

It was Ayame's bright idea for the girls to go outside, and get some fresh air. She sent her friend to the back yard as she went and retrived drinks for the two of them. Mine stepped into the summer heat from the house to be taken off guard by quite a sight.

An ever so slight blush came over her visage, as she looked to her friend's shirtless older brother. She coughed slightly, to make her presence known. "I didn't mean to interupt anything..." she sarted, trailing off, waiting for his reaction to say anything else. She kept a playful smile on her lips, and looked as though seeing a guy without a shirt was something in a part of her normal regime.

Mine smiled, shaking her head, catching her gaze to the door that she had just emerged from, wondering if the younger Sonata would be comming out soon. Seeing no sign of the sister, she returned her gaze to Akira, her eyes meeting his, with a friendly smile. "No, you just took me by surprise is all, your sister told me to come wait outside while she got drinks and I just suppose I wasn't expecting you to be here is all."she said with a shrug. She leaned up against the wall of the house, closing her eyes allowing the heat to absorb into her back.
